From the 19th-22nd of January the EM-FRM class went to the German island of Sylt to study coastal flooding for a workshop, as part of Flood Risk Management II in Dresden.

Despite a focus on academic matters, the Flood Risk Management course is a great opportunity to travel Europe. These social trips have included, so far; Berlin, Rome, Prague, Wroclaw (Poland) and more.
